(Sun Prairie, WI) As the Midwest Truck Series looks forward to tomorrow's Belgard Paves the Way Dixieland Delight 35 at Wisconsin International Raceway, the excitement of a points battle begins to ramp up. Today we dive into some numbers of the season as we get ready for Race 9 of the 2021 season.
2 - This is the second time the Midwest Truck Series has been a part of the historic Dixieland Tuesday Special.
3.5 - The average finishing position of Tristan Swanson. This is the best in the Midwest Truck Series. Chester Ace and Bryce Miller are both averaging 4.4 with James Swan at 6.8

5 - Number of podiums James Swan has achieved in the first 8 races. This leads all competitors.
5.0 - Steve Henke has an average of +5 in feature events this season. This is the best amongst drivers with at least 5 starts. Tristan Swanson is second best with 4.8 and then Tyler Nobel at a 3.2.
6 - Six races are left on the 2021 Midwest Truck Series schedule including Tuesday Night’s Dixieland Delight
7 - Bradley Gajewski currently sits 7 points out of 12th behind Phillip Wuesthoff for the battle of the GM Performance top 12. Anyone that finishes inside the top 12 in points at the end of the year will be eligible for a new 602 GM Crate Engine that will be determined by a random draw.
