Try and have all forms filled out and handed in by the Joe Shear Classic Practice day (Saturday May 4th). If you are not able to have these turned in by May 4th please contact John Wood to set up other arrangements. Forms include the Tax Form, Driver Info and Membership Application. Please ensure the forms are entirety filled out before returning.
